This is a serious question, you guys seem to be able to dig up info on genealogies, I have a problem I myself have not been able solve no matter where I look.
Main problem is my mother refuses to give me our family tree, her biological mother is Mim Calhoun you is from The Calhouns going back to John C. Calhoun who signed the Declaration of Independence. Now Mim had cheated on her husband and to avoid losing her inheritance stayed the duration of here pregnancy at a hysteria clinic and adopted my mother out, now I know this to be true because Mim came to California for 2 day visit when I was 17 and she told us she would never see us again and to not talk about it, she showed us family albums going so far back as sepia prints and pics of painted portraits of ancestors but I can’t find shit it’s like I’m locked out from finding anything.
